Directions

Step 1 Mix all the ingredients in a shaker, stir for 30 seconds.

Step 2 Double strain into the glass over fresh ice.

Step 3 Garnish with an apple slice.

• 420 g sugar

• 50 cl water

• 8g cardamom powder

1. Melt the sugar with water

2. Add cardamom powder and let infuse.
