All of the terms that apply to purchases made through the KILIAN France website located at www.bykilian.fr or by contacting by email to firstname.lastname@example.org are set out in our Terms of Sale. Please review the Terms of Sale in its entirety prior to making a purchase from Kilian.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase contract and return their product for a refund, without providing a reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the products. For orders of several products that are shipped separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of the last item of the order. KILIAN will not accept returns after this return period.
A customer must inform KILIAN, prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, about their decision to withdraw by either postal mail or email to:

A declaration of withdrawal should include order details, including the order number, the customer’s name and the description of the products which are being returned.
A customer that exercises their right to withdraw must return their products within 14 days from the day they provided notice of withdrawal, to the KILIAN Returns Department at the following address:

- -Products must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused state and in good condition, with all protective wrappers in place and tags and stickers attached.
- -KILIAN will reimburse the customer the full price of the returned products within 14 days from receipt of the customer’s withdrawal, in accordance with the [Terms of Sale][hyperlink]. KILIAN may withhold reimbursement until the customer provides proof that they have shipped back the goods.
- -You must enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning only a part of your order.
- Customers do not have a right to withdraw or exchange products if they have opened the cellophane packaging of the products or used the products following delivery.
- -Customers do not have a right to withdraw or exchange any products that have been personalized, including customized mini-carafes or engraved items, for reasons other than defects in the products, or incomplete or incorrect delivery. If a personalized product is delivered damaged or is defective, customers should immediately contact KILIAN via email at email@example.com.
- -For items received as a gift from the bykilian.fr website, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange as described below.
- -Products cannot be returned at our retail partners.
- -This policy only applies to products that have been purchased through bykilian.fr or the Rue Cambon Boutique. Products purchased at any BY KILIAN boutique outside of France will be subject to the return policy of the applicable boutique. Products purchased any of our retail partners will be subject to the return policy of the applicable retail partner.
- -A customer may exchange a product for another product(s), subject to the same terms as the withdrawal right set out above.
- -A customer may exchange the item for a different item or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item. The customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the product to be exchanged is more expensive than the desired product (except for gifts – which cannot be refunded) or will be charged the price difference if the product to be exchanged is less expensive than the desired product.
- -The new delivery will subject to the delivery times indicated above. KILIAN will pay for shipping an exchanged product.
