Directions
Step 1Infuse the grapefruit zest in the jasmine syrup.
Step 2Mix all the ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice cubes and shake vigourously.
Step 3Double strain into the glass over fresh ice, add lemonade.
Step 4Decorate your cocktail with a slice of coconut on top.
