INGREDIENTS

HENNESSY VSOP COGNAC • 5 cl
TONKA BEANS SYRUP & CINNAMON • 1,5 cl
COINTREAU • 1 cl
ORANGE BITTER • 3 dashes

GARNISH

Cinnamon powder & Orange zest

STEPS

In a mixing glass, pour the lemon/orange-infused cognac (1).

Add the tonka bean/cinnamon syrup (2), Cointreau, and orange bitters.

Add ice cubes, then stir for 10 seconds.

Pour into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange zest.

(1)LEMON & ORANGE-INFUSED COGNAC 70 CL

-70 cl HENNESSY VS COGNAC
- 6 LEMON PEELS
- 4 ORANGE PEELS

In a container, pour the cognac.

Peel the lemons and oranges, making sure to remove the white pith.

Add the peels to the cognac.

Let infuse for 14 hours, then filter. Store in a cool place.

(2)TONKA BEAN & CINNAMON SYRUP 100 CL

- 50 cl WATER
- 500 g GRANULATED SUGAR
- 14 g GRATED TONKA BEANS
- 5 g GROUND CINNAMON

In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar, and heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Add the grated tonka beans and ground cinnamon to the hot syrup.

Let infuse for 10 hours, then filter. Store in a cool place for up to 6 days.
