HENNESSY VSOP COGNAC • 5 cl
TONKA BEANS SYRUP & CINNAMON • 1,5 cl
COINTREAU • 1 cl
ORANGE BITTER • 3 dashes

GARNISH
Cinnamon powder & Orange zest

STEPS
1 In a mixing glass, pour the lemon/orange-infused cognac (1).
2 Add the tonka bean/cinnamon syrup (2), Cointreau, and orange bitters.
3 Add ice cubes, then stir for 10 seconds.
4 Pour into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange zest.

(1)LEMON & ORANGE-INFUSED COGNAC 70 CL
-70 cl HENNESSY VS COGNAC
- 6 LEMON PEELS
- 4 ORANGE PEELS
1 In a container, pour the cognac.
2 Peel the lemons and oranges, making sure to remove the white pith.
3 Add the peels to the cognac.
4 Let infuse for 14 hours, then filter. Store in a cool place.

(2)TONKA BEAN & CINNAMON SYRUP 100 CL
- 50 cl WATER
- 500 g GRANULATED SUGAR
- 14 g GRATED TONKA BEANS
- 5 g GROUND CINNAMON
1 In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar, and heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2 Add the grated tonka beans and ground cinnamon to the hot syrup.
3 Let infuse for 10 hours, then filter. Store in a cool place for up to 6 days.
