• Egg white infused into the neroli essential oil⁽²⁾

Directions

Step 1 Mix gin with orange blossom honey, muddle for 1 minute.

Step 2 Add all the ingredients, stir for 30 seconds.

Step 3 Double strain into the glass over fresh ice.

Step 4 Decorate with a Turkish delight: lucum.
