• Fresh Egg white

• Homemade Rose, sandalwood & sesame syrup⁽¹⁾

• Fresh Ambrette sparkling water

Directions

Step 1Pour all the ingredients into a shaker

Step 2Garnish with a rose petal

⁽¹⁾Rose & sandalwood syrup

• 50 cl Sugar Syrup/p>

• 50 cl Rose water or Rose hydrosol

1. In a saucepan melt the sugar with the water until the sugar has disolved; leave to cool.

2. Then add the vanilla pod and the extract .

3. And infuse for at least 12 hours.

4. Store in a bottle, refrigerated, for 6 days.
