NON-ALCOHOLIC WHISKEY / RUM INFUSED WITH CINNAMON • 4 cl
CRAFT COLA • 6 cl
TONIC • 3 cl
LIME JUICE • 1 cl

STEPS
1 In a container, pour 70 cl of rum and 16g of cinnamon stick, and leave to infuse for 24 hours at room temperature.
2 In a glass chilled in the freezer or chilled with plenty of ice cubes beforehand, pour the cinnamon-infused rum, then the lemon.
3 Add ice cubes, mix then add the cola and the tonic, mix gently and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
